6-Month Limited Warranty

If during the first six months after consumer purchase of a Carlson Pet Product item, under reasonable and non-commercial use and conditions of maintenance, it fails while owned by the original purchaser because of the quality of material used or the workmanship of finish and assembly, Carlson Pet Products Inc. will replace or refund the product at Carlson’s option.

To facilitate the transaction, please email us at globalsupport@carlsonpet.com. Please have proof of purchase, model number, batch number, and date of manufacture prepared. This can usually be found on a sticker on the product.

Despite our best efforts, occasionally a customer may have a problem or question about one of our products. Please email us before you return one of our products to the store.

Return Policy

If the product was purchased from an authorized retailer, you must return your product to the place of purchase.
